About St. Pete Prep

Welcome to St. Pete Prep, where young minds blossom! Over the past forty years, our preschool/daycare has provided a warm, nurturing environment designed to inspire a love of learning in children ages 1-5. We deem that every child is unique, curious and full of potential. Our mission is to provide a safe, fun and stimulating space for children to explore, grow and thrive. 

At St. Pete Prep, our dedicated and qualified staff focus on creating a balanced curriculum that fosters emotional, social, cognitive and physical development. Through a mixture of hands-on activities, imaginative play and guided learning, we encourage children to ask questions, solve problems and develop the confidence to express themselves. We also believe in the importance of a well-balanced nutrition so we provide breakfast, lunch and an afternoon snack daily.

Finally, the power of community and family involvement is key to our operational success. We work closely with families to create a partnership that supports each child's growth. Our classrooms are vibrant with diversity, creativity and joy, and we welcome parents to actively participate in their child's learning experience.  ​

School hours are Monday-Friday from 7am-6pm. Please join us at St. Pete Prep, where everyday is an adventure in discovery and children are empowered to become lifelong learners!
